Bookstore Policies
You must show your student ID or a valid picture id and class schedule in order to get your books or use financial aid in the bookstore. This policy will be strictly enforced. You are responsible for the costs of books and supplies once you have exceeded your financial aid amount. Payment is due upon receipt of merchandise. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, and Visa.
All book returns are to be made within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Make sure you have your receipt with you at the time of your return.
Books that have been highlighted in, written in, soiled, or damaged cannot be returned! We do not accept returns on books which were purchased in previous quarters, unless the student owes outstanding fees to STC, AND the book is new and is still in use in STC's curriculum.
There will be no returns on general merchandise, supplies, or equipment unless it is defective. Make sure to have your receipt with you at the time of your return.
All books purchased in shrink wrap must be returned in the original condition. If the shrink wrap is removed, you will be charged a $10.00 fee.
