Application and Supporting Documents (TEAS score and transcripts for points if applicable) are due:

- Fall Semester: First Thursday in June
- Spring Semester: First Thursday in November

Students are required to attend one of the following 2026 Mandatory Practical Nursing Informational Sessions:

- Vidalia Campus, Tattnall Auditorium – June 11, 9:00 AM or July 9, 5:00 PM
- Swainsboro Campus, Building 8 – September 16, 5:00 PM or November 11, 5:00 PM
Fall semester cohort will be held on the Vidalia Campus.
Spring semester cohort will be held on the Swainsboro Campus.
