Southeastern Tech believes the primary responsibility for financing education lies first with the student and his/her family (parents or spouse). When the total resources they can provide fail to meet educational expenses, Southeastern Technical College, as a third partner, will provide all assistance possible so the student will not be denied an education.
The information in this section will outline the types of financial assistance available, and specify application procedures, eligibility requirements, when and how financial aid payments are made, and other information pertinent to the overall process.
All students are encouraged to apply. Applications and information, including assistance in the completion of forms, are available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Office of Financial Aid.
Applications for aid must be completed each academic year, which begins in early August and ends in mid-July.

This is a one-time account creation. You MUST be accepted as a STC student AND have a valid 2020-21 FAFSA on file in order to create an account. You’ll be asked for some basic information when creating your account. This information is used to validate your identity so that an electronic signature can be used on future forms.
