Welcome to the Registrar’s Office

The Registrar’s Office provides an important link between academic affairs, student affairs, our students, and the policies of our college. Our office serves as custodians of student records and is responsible for a wide variety of services, such as assisting with registration, evaluating transcripts for transfer credit to our college, issuing transcripts (from Southeastern Technical College), awarding credentials for our students, and the annual graduation ceremonies.

Returning Student Registration for Spring Semester: October 23-November 2, 2023

New Student Registration for Spring Semester: November 6-16, 2023

Open Registration: December 13, 2023

Late Registration: January 3, 2024

Transfer Credit

Transfer credit will be considered for courses completed with a “C” or better from a postsecondary institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the course was taken.

GATRACS

The Georgia Transfer Articulation Cooperative Services (GATRACS) is a partnership between the University System of Georgia, Technical College System of Georgia, Georgia Department of Education, and the Georgia Student Finance Commission. FERPA

The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their educational records. The intent of the act is to protect the rights of the student and to ensure the accuracy of educational records.
