The Georgia Department of Health requires every food service establishment to have on staff, at least one food service manager ServSafe certified. The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is nationally recognized and accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). During this course, you will learn food safety codes and practices, personal hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, and allergens, time and temperature requirements, and cleaning and sanitation methods. The course is an interactive lecture.
