The Georgia Department of Health requires every food service establishment to have on staff, at least one food service manager ServSafe certified. During this course, you will learn food safety codes and practices, personal hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, and allergens, time and temperature requirements, and cleaning and sanitation methods. The course is an interactive lecture.
