POSITION: Political Science Instructor, Adjunct
POSITION DESCRIPTION: This part-time position requires teaching responsibilities for American Government in the area of general education. This position could require instruction on the STC campus and/or at local high schools.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Educational/Occupational Experience): A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in Political Science with 18 graduate semester hours or equivalent in the teaching discipline is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Post-secondary teaching experience is preferred. SALARY/BENEFITS: Salary is to be commensurate with education and work experience. This is a part-time, temporary position, based on each semester’s student enrollment and does not include benefits or a promise of future full-time employment.
