Transfer Credit

Transfer credit will be considered for courses completed with a “C” or better from a postsecondary institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education at the time the course was taken.

The Georgia Transfer Articulation Cooperative Services (GATRACS) is a partnership between the University System of Georgia, Technical College System of Georgia, Georgia Department of Education, and the Georgia Student Finance Commission. GATRACS is a tool designed to assist you in the transfer process. Visit GA Futures to learn more about your opportunities to transfer between Georgia’s colleges and universities.

The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords students certain rights with respect to their educational records. The intent of the act is to protect the rights of the student and to ensure the accuracy of educational records.

Please refer to the Student Affairs section of the STC Catalog or the Consumer Information & Disclosure page for more information.
